1. About payment

For payment, we have two payment options. The first is full payment and then For the second you can make a deposit first and the rest you can pay if our driver has come to pick you up. For deposits we request 50% of your total payment. for example, if your total payment is IDR 5,000,000 then IDR 5,000,000 multiplied by 50% becomes IDR 2,500,000 this is your total deposit. for payment can be via Visa, Paypal, Mastercard, or Bank transfer.

2. How To Book

Browse our available experiences and choose the activity or package that best suits your preference.

Once you are on your selected package page, locate the “Click Here To Book Now” section and click on it.

You will be automatically redirected to our WhatsApp customer service with a pre-filled booking form based on your selected activity or package. Simply review the details and send the message to confirm your booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel on the same day you made your booking, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your total deposit or payment that you have made, and if you cancel on the day of the scheduled activity, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of your total deposit or payment that you have made.

4. About reschedule

However, if you only wish to reschedule your activities, there will be no additional charges. We kindly request that you inform our team at least one day in advance to confirm any schedule changes.
